Full job description

Varied and interesting work with a small, friendly well established diversified agricultural business, specialising in supplying trees, forestry and landscape supplies. The applicant can be fully employed or, if preferred, self employed with flexi -time possible.

MAIN DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Despatching orders of trees and associated items
Receiving, handling and storage of trees and hedging plants
Cutting and extraction of Christmas trees, and replanting in spring
Some chainsaw work in woodlands
General maintenance around farm and woodlands

Winter work is mostly under cover, apart from Christmas tree cutting

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS (training could be provided for right applicant):

- Telescopic Handler

- Chainsaw Operation

- Knapsack Spraying Certification

OUR IDEAL APPLICANT

- Would have physical strength & fitness

- Be a good team player

- Have good organisational skills

- Be comfortable with working outdoors at times and getting dirty

COMPETITIVE SALARY AVAILABLE TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WITH QUALIFICATIONS

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
