£28,000 - £32,000 basic salary, OTE up to £64,000

A day in the life of your new role:

You will be contacting customers who cannot obtain life insurance through our core panel by telephone to look to provide alternative solutions (no cold calling)
Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our products and services
Performing fact finds, providing solutions and arranging Life Insurance policies for our existing customers over the phone in line with our sales process
Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge

Skills and Experience

You will have a successful career in outbound sales and able to demonstrate that you have hit targets
You will be a good communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that consistent sales results are achieved on a daily basis
Experience of working to and achieving targets
Self-motivated
Motivated by an environment where there is money and material rewards as a goal
Enjoys selling and likes influencing others and negotiating
The ability to work in a team
Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
