Full job description

Make a real difference to your community's health and wellbeing while building a rewarding career in leisure. Join our Leisure Assistant team at Thornbury Active Lifestyle Centre where you'll use your lifeguarding skills to keep people safe whilst working for an employer who genuinely supports your career development.

What you'll be doing

Lifeguard poolside and carry out rescues and life-saving techniques as necessary
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the centre
Report any risks and maintain a clean, safe environment for users
Set up and take down equipment

What we're looking for

Current National Pool Lifeguard qualification
Passion for health and fitness
Someone who wants to work for a company that supports your career

Working arrangements

We have various contracts available with contracts being up to 37 hours per week. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
