Recruitment Consultant

Stellify is a diagnostic-first customer function partner. We help businesses understand what is really driving pressure across their customer teams before building the right solution, combining specialist hiring, skills assessment, and people strategy. This is a great starting role for someone who wants to build a career in commercial customer consultancy, with full training and a clear path to grow.

THE ROLE

You'll support our new business activity by opening conversations with customer function and contact centre leaders, helping introduce all three of our services: Role Focus, our specialist hiring offer for critical customer function roles; Function Lens, our department-level skills mapping, gap analysis, and recommendations service; and Organisation View, our organisation-wide skills audit and people strategy aligned to the customer journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Drive new business and revenue by winning roles to work on, building lasting client relationships, and placing candidates into them

- Source candidates across the UK contact centre and customer operations market using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal database

- Screen CVs and run initial phone interviews to assess fit, motivations, and capability

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for the roles we're working on, from agent through to senior leadership

- Brief candidates on roles and clients, and prep them for interviews

- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and clients, keeping both sides moving and informed

- Support senior consultants on client calls and learn how to take a quality brief

- Manage the offer and onboarding stage, staying close to candidates through to start date

- Keep the CRM and ATS tidy and up to date, tracking activity, pipeline, and placements

- Build market knowledge of the contact centre and customer function space, including key employers, salary benchmarks, and talent trends

- Develop product knowledge across all three Stellify services so you can spot wider opportunities to support clients over time

WHO YOU ARE

You're a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people on the phone and in writing, and you're not afraid to pick up the phone and start conversations. You're curious, organised, and driven by the chance to learn fast in a growing business. Some experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a contact centre is beneficial but not essential. Contact centre experience in particular is a real plus, as you'll understand first-hand what our clients deal with day to day. Above all, you're ambitious, looking for a role with room to grow, and based in Liverpool city centre.
