As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Turner / Programmer to join our experienced manufacturing team.

The Role
Your primary responsibility will be programming, setting and operating our CNC lathes to manufacture precision components to exacting standards. Experience with CNC milling machines would also be highly advantageous, as you will have the opportunity to support both turning and milling operations when required.
You will be responsible for producing first-class components from a variety of materials, including stainless steels, aluminium, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and other exotic alloys used in high-performance applications.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes.
- Experience with CNC milling machines (desirable).
- The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- A passion for precision engineering and producing exceptional quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a highly skilled team.
