The campaigns involve representing nationally recognised charities that support causes including cancer research, specialist children’s healthcare, and vital family support services across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Sales Assistant, you’ll be representing well-known brands and charitable organisations through face-to-face customer interactions, helping to create positive and engaging experiences while raising awareness and encouraging long-term support.
Responsibilities include:
- Speaking directly with members of the public within residential areas
- Representing charitable campaigns in a professional and engaging way
- Explaining the mission, goals, and impact of the organisations being represented
- Building genuine connections and positive customer experiences
- Answering questions and helping customers understand how their support makes a difference
- Guiding supporters through the sign-up process confidently and professionally
- Developing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Collaborating closely with the wider sales and customer engagement team
This role combines customer service, communication, charity representation, and sales in a highly people-focused environment.
