Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to join our busy estate agency team. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, acting as a first point of contact for clients while assisting the sales team throughout the property sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting clients with enquiries
Managing and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Supporting the sales team with property negotiations and sales progression
Booking property viewings and appointments
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
Maintaining accurate property and client records
Assisting with marketing materials and online property listings
Providing general administrative support within the office

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
A professional and confident telephone manner
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
Estate agency experience beneficial but not essential
