Full job description

Are you an experienced private client solicitor looking for an opportunity to join a highly reputable law firm based in the South Fylde Coast of Lancashire?

We are a long-established small practice dealing in non-contentious legal work in Lytham St. Annes and are looking for an admitted solicitor, with an excellent working knowledge of the relevant area of law to head our Wills, Probate and Trusts Department. They will join the firm with the ambition and ability to fulfil the roles and responsibilities as head of probate.

Minimum 2-year PQE Private Client Solicitor

Ideally you will be STEP qualified.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Private Client Solicitor into our office in Lytham St. Annes. We have an outstanding reputation in the Fylde Coast with a local client base. You will be advising clients on the following areas:

· Inheritance tax

· Estate planning

· Powers of Attorney

· Trusts

· This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

· You will be a Private Client Solicitor with 2PQE+

· There is no upper limit in PQE

· Ideally you will be STEP qualified, or willing to work to gain that qualification.

· Ability to work individually

· Client focused mindset
