Production Operative – Late Shift
Location: Strongdor Factory, Morecambe
Salary: Starting salary of £27,977.25 (+10% shift allowance)
Do you want to work 4 days and enjoy a 3-day weekend every week? Our late shift hours are Monday to Thursday 2:45pm to 12:45am.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in creating our industry-leading steel doors.
You'll be:
- Working as part of a supportive team to manufacture bespoke steel doors to specification and quality standards
- Operating machinery, tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Following safe working practices and operating procedures
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Sharing ideas for improvements
- Supporting different areas of production when required

- Good timekeeping

- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks
- Previous manufacturing experience (desirable)
