As we continue to scale our client portfolio and expand into new markets, we’re recruiting a Junior Account Manager with the ambition to progress into management and leadership roles.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in account management, sales, and leadership. You’ll work closely with senior Account Managers and Sales Leaders, gaining hands-on experience while progressing through a structured leadership development pathway.
High performers are given increased responsibility early, with opportunities to move into Senior Account Management, Team Leadership, and Business Management roles based on results.
Day to Day Includes:
* Supporting the day-to-day management and growth of client accounts
* Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver strategic campaigns
* Managing client communication and relationships across multiple channels
* Analysing campaign performance and contributing to strategic improvements
* Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress
Management & Leadership Track
As part of our leadership pipeline, you’ll receive:
* Ongoing mentorship from senior leaders
* Exposure to strategy, client growth planning, and performance analysis
* Opportunities to lead projects and manage junior team members
* A clear, merit-based pathway into Senior Account Manager, Team Leader, or Business Manager roles
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Organised, analytical, and comfortable taking initiative
* Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
* Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
