Full job description

Location: Field based around Nottingham

Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, shifts between 6am - 4pm

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
Covering Managers holidays and site supports
Overseeing and implementing menu changes
Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Our ideal Relief Chef will:

Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Have experience supervising a team
Have experience in a similar Chef role
Be able to cover Chef Manager role while off site
Hold a Food Hygiene & Allergens certificate
Have a flexible approach to working
Flexible with shiftwork
Must be able to adapt themselves to different situation
