About Us: We are an established, regulated immigration advice firm currently at Level 1, actively upgrading our organisation to Level 3. We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Immigration Adviser to act as our Principal In-House Supervisor and anchor our higher-tier service launch. The Role: This is a flexible, part-time position (approx. 6–8 hours per week, manageable completely outside standard daylight office hours) designed to provide compliant file supervision, monthly audits, and legal sign-offs for our expanding Level 2/3 casework.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the registered Level 3 Supervisor on our corporate portal workspace. Conduct remote file audits and sign off on complex casework before submission. Provide documented monthly file reviews and mentor a Level 1 advisor. Maintain a compliant supervision logbook. Requirements: Must be an actively registered IAA (OISC) Level 3 Adviser (SRA Solicitors with an independent practicing certificate and clear dual-registration availability are also welcome to apply). Absolute professional independence (cannot be bound by exclusivity clauses with another employer). Must have independent right to work in the UK. Compensation Framework (To be finalized at formal discussion): Phase 1 (Application Phase): Fixed monthly holding retainer paid while portal upgrade is processed. Phase 2 (Operational Phase): Guaranteed monthly base retainer covering core compliance hours. Performance Incentives: Competitive tiered fee-share commissions on both firm-allocated marketing leads and self-generated casework.
