Appointment Maker & Client Visit Representative

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and confident Appointment Maker & Client Visit Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating interest in our services, arranging appointments, and visiting clients in person.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building strong relationships through professional communication and face-to-face meetings. Your excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with clients will help us generate new business opportunities and grow our client base.

This is a paid position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your sales, customer relationship, and business development skills while contributing directly to the company's growth.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and arrange appointments.
Schedule and manage client appointments effectively.
Visit prospective and existing clients in person to discuss our services and identify their needs.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Deliver professional presentations and explain our services clearly and confidently.
Follow up with prospective clients after meetings and appointments.
Record client interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities accurately using CRM software.
Work closely with the sales and management team to ensure smooth handovers and maximise business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and client visits.
Meet agreed appointment-setting and client-visit targets.
Continuously improve sales and outreach techniques through training and feedback.

Requirements

Previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, business development, customer service, or telemarketing is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage your own appointments and schedule.
Full UK driving licence is required.
Willingness to travel to visit clients as part of the role.
Reliable, motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is desirable.
A professional and positive attitude when representing the company.
