Domiciliary Home Care Worker (Female Drivers)

Able to Start Immediately | Make a Difference Every Day

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality in-home care to clients within their own residences.

Location: Dorchester, Dorset.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time (Guaranteed Part-Time Hours/Days Required)

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support with meal preparation and feeding
Assist with medication (as directed in care plans)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Carry out light housekeeping duties
Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition
Accompany clients to appointments and outings

Requirements

Female Driver applicants only (due to current operational and care needs)
Must be a local resident in Dorchester.
Valid UK driver’s licence required
Access to a reliable vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Strong communication and compassion
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential (full training provided)
