Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Endoscopy Unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working Registered Nurses who will work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

As Registered Nurses you will have responsibility for assessment, supervision of care needs and delivery of person centred care while supporting clinical care standards within the endoscopy suite environment ensuring that Quality Standards and Key Performance Indicators are met. The post holders will be expected to work in the various areas of the Endoscopy suite including recovery and treatment areas.

Previous relevant endoscopy experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be given. IT skills are essential. The successful candidates must demonstrate an appetite for lifelong learning and continuing personal development.

The post holders must be effective communicators capable of working within a team and able to provide evidence of professional development. The flexibility to work as the situation and service requires would be an essential aspect of this post. The post holders will be expected to work a flexible work pattern which includes days, evening shift and weekend rotation.
