Full job description

Role Overview

The PAS Compliance, Audit & Ventilation Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035/2030 across all SPS retrofit projects, while also managing the coordination and booking of electricians and ventilation technicians for all ventilation installations.

This is a hands-on, proactive role suited to a strong all-rounder who can balance technical compliance, auditing, operational coordination, and team support.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead authority within SPS for PAS 2035, PAS 2030, and TrustMark requirements.
Ensure all retrofit and ventilation work is fully PAS-compliant prior to installation.
Develop, manage, and maintain SPS’s PAS audit framework.
Carry out desktop, site, and evidence-based audits across live projects.
Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and track close-out.
Prepare SPS for TrustMark, certification body, client, and funder audits.
Manage and coordinate the booking of electricians and ventilation technicians.
Ensure all ventilation and electrical resources are appropriately qualified and scheduled.
Maintain full control of PAS-critical documentation and evidence packs.
Proactively identify pressure points within the team and step in to provide support.
Support continuous improvement across compliance, auditing, and operational delivery.

Skills & Experience

Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035, PAS 2030 and working on government funded works.
Proven experience in compliance management and auditing.
Experience coordinating technical trades, ideally ventilation and electrical.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to challenge non-compliance constructively.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proactive, hands-on approach aligned with SPS company culture.
