Lead the Growth of Our Kitchen Department
Outdoor Makeover Group is looking for an ambitious and experienced Kitchen Manager to take ownership of our growing kitchen division and play a pivotal role in its future success.

About the Role
As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our kitchen department, managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, and helping drive sales growth.
You’ll have the ability to influence how the department operates, develop new processes, and create an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and sell high-quality kitchens to customers across Cornwall and Devon.
- Lead the growth and development of the kitchen department.
- Manage customer projects from consultation through to installation.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and installers.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout every project.
- Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Help shape the future vision and strategy of the department.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience designing and selling kitchens.
- Strong sales ability with a track record of converting enquiries into sales.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
