Full job description

We are looking for head chef to run our small family run pub currantly only open for evening meals and saturday lunch closed sunday and monday, This could a great opportunity for a frist time head chef role or for someone wanting a better work life balance. Salary upto 36000 plus tips 38 hours pre week standard uk hoildays any overtime to be paid in lieu, Christmas day, boxing day and new years day closed

Kitchen Hours

Evenings: Tuesday to Saturday
Lunch: Thursday to Saturday
Sundays & Mondays: No food

What You'll Be Doing.

Running our small kitchen day-to-day.
Cooking great food using fresh ingredients.
Coming up with tasty ideas for seasonal menus.
Keeping an eye on stock, ordering, and keeping on top of a clean kitchen

What We Are Looking For

A reliable chef with experience in fresh-food pubs or restaurants.
Someone organized who knows how to manage a kitchen budget.
Someone excited to put their own spin on our menu.
