The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, technically strong Manufacturing & Operations Lead to lead delivery, win work and build client relationships.

What you’ll be doing

Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational delivery—ensuring projects hit quality, budget and deadline targets
Be the go-to technical expert for fabrication, welding and operations
Drive the full tender lifecycle—from pre-bid strategy to award-winning submissions
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
Collaborate across engineering, project teams and leadership to deliver integrated solutions
Champion HSEQ standards, leading by example in safety and quality

What you'll bring

5+ years’ experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing operations (subsea/offshore desirable)
Strong expertise in fabrication, welding and interpreting engineering drawings
Proven experience in tendering, estimating and project planning
A natural ability to lead, influence and communicate with impact
A client-focused mindset with the drive to deliver results
