We are looking for a detailed oriented and execution minded individual that can assist our event fabrication project team to take renders and bring them to life.
You don't necessarily need to have event production experience and skills (although that would be ideal), more importantly you need to have the right attitude and be willing to learn quick.
Role
You will work directly with the management team on manage multiple medium to large sized projects simultaneously.
This will include:
- Understanding the clients creative vision and breaking it down into key deliverables, assigning them internally and externally.
- Developing project timelines to ensure clients and internal stakeholders deliver on time and within budget.
- Coordinating internally with our technical designers and workshop manager to ensure what is fabricated matches the client vision.
- Handling logistics such as trucking, accommodation, venue services, contractors and anything else that is required to ensure a smooth installation and derig of the build.
- Managing goods in and warehousing of client and company goods
- Liaising with partners such as AV suppliers, graphics teams and venue teams as needed for each build.
- Communicating effectively with contractors that may be required to support during the installation and derig.
- Supporting on-site event installation and derig to address any issues that may arise and to handover the build to the agency and end client.
Woodfasioners
Woodfashioners is a fast growing event fabrication company based in Manningtree, Essex.
We take design renders from experiential creative agencies, build them in our state of the art workshop and install them around the UK and across Europe.
Location
The role will be based at our Manningtree workshop.
Site work is also expected across the UK and Europe for between 2 and 10 days at a time.
Salary
Salary will be dependent on experience.
