Location: Hybrid - regular presence across our Knowsley and Manchester offices, with travel across the North West as required.
Salary: £41,506 per annum

Every day, North West Air Ambulance Charity (NWAA) provides life-saving emergency care to people across the region. We can only do this thanks to the generosity of our supporters-and we're looking for an experienced fundraiser to help us grow that support.
As our Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager - Major Giving, you'll build and manage a portfolio of major donors and high-net-worth individuals, securing significant gifts that directly support our life-saving service, clinical developments and future ambitions.
What you'll do

Develop and grow a portfolio of major donors and high-net-worth individuals.

Identify, cultivate and secure significant funding opportunities.

Write compelling proposals, applications and donor reports.

Build strong, long-term relationships with supporters and stakeholders.

Work collaboratively across the charity to create inspiring cases for support.

Manage your fundraising pipeline, monitor performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
About you
We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in major giving or high-value fundraising.

A track record of securing five-figure gifts and developing prospects towards six-figure giving.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Strong proposal writing and storytelling ability.

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience using CRM systems and working collaboratively across teams.
Experience within the charity or healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
