About the apprenticeship
This is a fixed-term Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship of approximately 18 months. You will work as part of our HR team at Skelmersdale while studying for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice — the recognised entry-level qualification for a career in HR. 20% of your working time is protected for off-the-job training: study days, coursework, projects and reading. We will support you with study leave, coaching and a buddy from the wider HR team.
On successful completion you will have:
- Achieved your CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
- Become a Foundation member of the CIPD
- Built a portfolio of practical HR work that meets the End-Point Assessment requirements of the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship standard
- Gained ~18 months of real HR experience to take into the next step of your career
We are open to discussing onward progression at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
