We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Human Resources Advisor to join our organisation. The role provides guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
- Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management processes.
- Support conflict resolution and promote positive employee engagement.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer documentation.
- Manage induction programmes for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Identify training and development needs across the business.
- Coordinate employee training programmes and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Monitor probationary periods and employment documentation.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for engaging with stakeholders.
- Effective presentation skills capable of conveying information clearly.
