Our Reception/Early Years MINI Camp is one of the most important parts of our provision. It lays the foundations for children's confidence, independence, friendships and love of learning. We are looking for an exceptional leader who understands just how important these early years are and who is passionate about helping every child flourish.
The Role

- Coaching staff through regular feedback, recognising strengths and identifying opportunities for development and next steps.
- Ensuring every child is known as an individual and supported to achieve their next steps in confidence, friendships, independence and personal development.
- Delivering our exciting programme to the highest possible standard whilst maintaining consistently high expectations across camp.
- Demonstrating excellent positive behaviour management and leading your team to manage behaviour positively, consistently and with empathy.
- Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for your camp, ensuring safeguarding is always the highest priority and that any concerns are recognised, recorded, managed and escalated appropriately.

- Managing the daily check-in and collection desk, communicating professionally with parents and carers and delivering exceptional 5-star customer service.
- Leading the pre-camp Saturday setup day, ensuring your camp is fully organised, well-resourced and ready to deliver an outstanding experience from day one.
- Maintaining exceptional standards in safeguarding, health and safety, compliance and quality assurance at all times.
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring GO GO Makers' premium standards are consistently achieved.
