You Are

As a Senior Beauty Host, you are more than a Senior Sales Associate — you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and crafter of memorable experiences for our guests.

An eye for excellence and detail, with experience – or affinity - from luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or other guest-centric worlds.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
Deputise in the absence of the Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager to effectively manage the boutique.
Open and close the Boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager.
Support the management team in the ongoing coaching of the team’s product knowledge & understanding.
