Blissetts is a fourth generation family business specialising in digital printing and all bookbinding techniques. Based in Brentford, we offer high-quality short-run projects through a mix of cutting-edge automated equipment and traditional hand craftsmanship. As proud Xerox Premier Partners, our digital printing services complement our exceptional binding skills. Our clients span diverse sectors from commercial print, new book production, traditional library and journal binding, to meticulous repair and restoration of old books.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time printing/bookbinding estimator who will be responsible for estimating costs and providing quotes for digital printing and bookbinding projects. The Estimator will consider job requirements, select appropriate equipment, determine labour and material costs working with our MIS / quote systems and create detailed and accurate quotes. The Estimator will work closely with new and existing customers to develop and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in estimating costs for digital printing and books
Knowledge of printing and binding techniques and equipment
Ability to communicate and explain sometimes complex concepts to clients and team members
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Accura MIS (or similar), Microsoft Excel and office suite
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This role will be full time, permeant contract. 40 hours per week.

Hours and Pay are negotiable for the right candidate and will be discussed on interview.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
