Full job description

Are you experienced Class 1 Driver looking to join a sustainable driven company? Are you looking to develop yourself further? If the answer is yes, please read on!

Here at GXO Swindon, we are recruiting a Class 1 Day Driver to join our new client, City Plumbing. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, with start time of between 04.00 – 07.00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

3 to 4 drops per day
Operating the vehicle in safe and legal manner, guaranteeing it has been loaded correctly prior to leaving site (No Handball Required)
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policy
Operating automated lift decks as may be required on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience
No more than six penalty points (No TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
An up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph
