DISPENSING OPTICIAN POSITION

Holland Opticians is a well established independent opticians in the heart of Great Malvern.

Why are we recruiting?

We are a busy practice and are looking to expand our experienced dispensing team so we can continue providing and improving the high quality service we are known for.

We are looking for a part time Dispensing Optician to join us for 3 days a week, on a 2 weekly alternating rota

Week 1: Monday, Weds and Thursday

Week 2: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

We may consider a 4 day a week role for the right candidate.

We dont work Sundays, late evenings, Bank Holidays and you'll have every other weekend off - perfect for that work-life balance.

What does the role involve?

You will be working in a well equipped practice with an OCT, Optomap and a DNEye scanner, alongside a very experienced, helpful dispensing and optometrist team. With 45 minute dispensing appointments you will have the time to enjoy quality tailored chats with your patients in order to provide them with the best visual solutions for them.

You'll have the opportunity to work with some high end frame ranges including Lindberg, Moscot, Orgreen, and Maui Jim, alongside high quality lenses.

We are a busy multi-roomed practice, so your attention to detail from note making , measurements, and adjustments, from ordering to checking, must be meticulous.

You will play a key role in delivering a premium patient experience, carrying out all duties expected of a qualified, GOC registered Dispensing Optician
