Who this position suits:

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific)

You don't need to have worked in care before if you're kind, patient, and willing to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.

It could suit someone who's helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

Supporting 6 Individuals within their own homes, community based support, supporting the individuals to access their choose activities, personal shopping, developing goals, personal care and medication support

each individual is different, you need to be able to adapt your approach for each individual, sense of humor is important, supporting individual to live their best life
