We're looking for an Administrator to join our Natural Resources team based in Paignton.

Location: Paignton
Hours: 39.5 per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

We're looking for an Administrator to support our Southwest Water contract, where we deliver essential repairs and maintenance services for reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that keeps people and businesses connected, working in a collaborative environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, supporting them in delivering vital infrastructure services. Your day to day will include:

Checking and completing feedback from the teams to enable work orders to be submitted
Carrying out general administration duties and filing
Monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases
Promoting wellbeing and ensuring an inclusive workplace
Building effective relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders

What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if:

You have previous experience in admin roles with good attention to detail
You possess excellent organisational skills and a pro-active approach to work
You have excellent IT and communication skills
You have working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
You enjoy working collaboratively to reach innovative solutions
