What will I do?

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Contact Centre to lead our customer contact operation. Responsible for driving revenue growth, maximising booking conversion and delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will lead and develop a high-performing team while working closely with hotel and commercial leaders across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, enhance customer service and deliver measurable commercial results across one of the UK's leading hotel collections. If you are a passionate leader with strong sales, customer service and people management experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Is this the role for me?

Previous contact centre leadership experience
Understanding of the hotel / hospitality / leisure sector preferred
Strong stakeholder management
Experience of driving change projects
Strong commercial acumen
A passion for people and guest engagement
