We're looking for an ambitious, energetic and organised Web & Digital Coordinator to join our fantastic Tech Team at our modern Headquarters in Wakefield.
Working directly alongside James, our Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in managing and developing the digital presence of one of the UK's fastest-growing cosmetic dental groups.

About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same.
You'll become the link between our Marketing, Sales and Creative Teams, ensuring website updates, campaigns and digital projects are delivered quickly, accurately and to the highest standard.
You'll work on exciting projects across multiple premium brands, helping to create outstanding online experiences for thousands of patients every month.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist James, our Head of Marketing, with web and digital projects.
- Coordinate website updates across all Space Dental brands.
- Manage and maintain our Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Support the creation and launch of new landing pages.
- Make content and structural updates across our custom-built websites.
- Act as the bridge between our Marketing, Sales and Creative teams.
- Ensure all website content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Test new features before they go live.
- Help improve website performance and user experience.
- Support ongoing digital innovation across the business.
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has experience working with websites or Content Management Systems (CMS).
✔ Has excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
✔ Enjoys working with technology and solving problems.
✔ Can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
✔ Has strong communication skills and enjoys working with different departments.
✔ Is enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
✔ Wants to build a long-term career within a growing technology and marketing team.
Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress or other CMS platforms would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
