Adair Paxton is looking for a Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings)

Who we are:

Adair Paxton are property specialists who have been around since 1859 and offer a full range of services, including:

Residential sales, lettings and management.
Commercial sales, lettings and management.
Commercial and residential valuations.
Block management.

We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team.

What you’ll be doing:

The lettings team are responsible for finding suitable tenants for properties within our rental portfolio as and when they become available or when new properties come to the market.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Qualifying potential applicants
Arranging viewing and valuation appointments
Conducting accompanied viewings
Taking applications and discussing with landlords
Chasing referencing and arranging required certificates prior to tenant move in
General office administration
Conduct “move in” appointments with tenants

What skills & experience you will bring to us?

IT literate
Excellent customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication
A can-do attitude
Team player
Must have a full driving Licence

What we need from you:

Commitment – this role is a permanent contract.
Location – Leeds City Centre
