Full job description

The Customer Service Specialist manages the day to day customer relations. Customer management includes processing orders, developing and following up on sales quotations, resolving customer issues, and monitoring all aspects of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter PO→SO with accuracy per SOP; escalate exceptions or discrepancies.

· Perform pricing, UOM, freight, and order corrections per policy.

· Provide order status, tracking, and standard communications within SLA.

· Own the resolution of simplistic cases while escalating exceptions promptly and appropriately for further review.

· Conduct basic CRM cleanup (condense/delete duplications and ensure completeness) using provided guidelines.

· Prepare, validate, and manage standard quotes through win/loss and closure.

· Maintain accuracy in CRM/ERP updates and support queue management.

· Approve standard orders within established guidelines.

· Action & support customer complaints, customer returns and credit notes in line with company processes

· Answer Inbound & Outbound calls in a professional manner & in line with company process.

About you:

· Proven data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

· Professional phone and email etiquette.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Coachable and reliable.

· Maintains a high level of performance

· Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel – basic filters, XLOOKUP, Outlook, Teams).
