Water Hygiene Services Ltd (WHS) is a leading independent water hygiene and compliance specialist, working with clients across healthcare, education, commercial and industrial sectors across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Account Manager to join our team in Leeds.
About The Role
This is a career development role designed for graduates who want to progress into high-performing Account Managers.
You will work directly with senior leadership and experienced Account Managers to learn how to manage client relationships, support contract delivery, and grow key accounts.
This is not a passive or purely administrative role — you will be expected to take ownership, develop commercial awareness, and contribute to the growth of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Account Management team with client communication and service delivery
- Assisting with quotations, renewals and contract management
- Learning how to manage and grow client accounts
- Working closely with Operations to ensure high standards are delivered
- Identifying opportunities to improve client retention and increase revenue
- Developing strong, professional relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For
- A recent university or college graduate
- Ambitious, driven and motivated to build a career
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident, organised and proactive
- Commercially minded with an interest in business and sales
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous experience is not essential — attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are far more important.
