Location: Leeds & Surrounding Areas

Schedule: 3 Days Per Week

Pay: £400 Per Week

Finc Social is a growing social media agency working with some of the biggest hospitality brands across Leeds and Yorkshire.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form content. This role is not about filming cinematic corporate videos. We’re looking for someone who understands Reels, TikTok and social-first content that grabs attention and gets results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attending content shoots across restaurants, bars, cafes and hospitality venues
Filming high-quality short-form content using both iPhone and professional cameras
Editing engaging Reels and TikToks for client accounts
Creating content that feels native to social media, not traditional advertising
Working alongside our creative team to develop content ideas and concepts
Capturing behind-the-scenes, food, drinks, staff and customer-focused content

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience filming and editing short-form content
Confident shooting on both iPhone and professional camera equipment
Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
Understanding of current social media trends and what performs well online
Ability to work independently on shoots when required
Full UK driving licence preferred
Hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential

This Role Is NOT For You If

You only enjoy long-form video production
You prefer corporate or traditional videography
You don’t actively use Instagram Reels or TikTok
You struggle working in fast-paced environments
