Due to business expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Customer Retention and Acquisition team.

Service Delivery Manager – C365Cloud Compliance Platform

Team: Customer Retention & Acquisition

About C365Cloud

C365Cloud is a UK SaaS compliance platform helping organisations across the built environment manage statutory and regulatory compliance at scale. Our clients include national property portfolios, healthcare estates, and large multi-site operators who rely on us to keep their assets safe, compliant, and audit-ready.

We’re growing our Customer Retention & Acquisition team and looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be the trusted technical and commercial point of contact for our mid-to-large corporate clients.

The role

This is part service delivery, part account management. You’ll own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of corporate clients, making sure they get genuine value from the platform and renewing or expanding their contracts year on year.

It is not a pure sales or relationship-only role. You’ll need to be comfortable holding detailed conversations about module configuration, SLA performance, and compliance reporting alongside commercial discussions. If your background is selling commodities or booking meetings, this isn’t the right fit.

What you’ll be doing

Service delivery

Owning service performance against contractual SLAs and producing regular service reports for clients
Coordinating onboarding and ongoing module rollouts alongside our Implementation, Product, and Support teams
Translating client compliance needs into platform configuration, template, and form changes
Managing escalations end-to-end and keeping internal and client stakeholders informed
Producing service review documents and chairing regular client review meetings

Account management

Owning a portfolio of mid-to-large corporate clients as the primary commercial point of contact
Building lasting, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Identifying expansion opportunities — additional modules, sites, or users — and converting them into commercial proposals through HubSpot
Forecasting renewals accurately and protecting at-risk accounts
Acting as the client’s voice internally, feeding insight into Product and Operations

What we’re looking for:

Essential

Demonstrable SaaS service delivery or technical account management experience - you’ve owned a software portfolio, not just sold a product
Working knowledge of compliance, regulatory, or enterprise software environments
Strong service reporting skills, including SLA management and reporting against contractual commitments
Confidence presenting to senior client stakeholders and chairing client review meetings
Excellent written communication - you can produce a service report or proposal that reads cleanly the first time

Nice to have

Familiarity with the built environment, facilities management, or property compliance sectors
Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
Exposure to platform integrations across payroll, HR, or finance systems
Prior involvement in tender responses or framework procurement (e.g. G-Cloud / Crown Commercial Service)
