Pharma & Healthcare Consulting Startup | Leeds/Wakefield
About the Company
We are a growing pharmaceutical and healthcare consulting company focused on helping clients make sense of complex health, clinical and real-world data.
We combine healthcare expertise, analytics, consulting and communication to turn complex information into meaningful insights that can support better decisions, improve understanding and create impact.
We are an entrepreneurial early-stage company and are looking for someone who wants to help build something rather than simply step into an established corporate structure.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic, intellectually curious and highly capable Healthcare Analytics & Insights Associate to work directly with the CEO and contribute across analytics, client engagement, business development and healthcare advocacy.
The role is deliberately broad.
You will work with healthcare and clinical data, helping us understand what the evidence is telling us and communicate those insights to clients and other audiences.
You will also contribute to client development, proposals, presentations and advocacy activities where data and evidence can help inform healthcare discussions and decision-making.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data but also enjoys people, communication and problem-solving.

- Help communicate evidence in a balanced and compelling way.
- Contribute to initiatives designed to improve understanding, inform debate or influence healthcare decision-making.
Startup Environment
This is an early-stage company and the role will evolve as the business grows.
You will be expected to wear multiple hats, take ownership and contribute beyond a narrowly defined job description.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and who does not need every task mapped out in advance.
The ability to work independently is a key requirement.
