Full job description

We are looking for a Resourcer based in the US, to support our Directors and Consultants in the delivery of executive searches and contingency based projects. As well as having an option to take ownership for a range of clients, you will be conducting market mapping exercises and building long lists of candidates for a variety of searches and keeping clients up to date with our results.

Key Accountabilities

Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with our recruitment consultants
Database Management: Maintain our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Managing candidate processes: Managing candidate and client schedules, coordinating interviews, and handling correspondence
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to support informed decision-making

Required experience

To be considered, you will:

Have at least an undergraduate degree and demonstrate a keen interest in pursuing a career in executive search
Minimum of 6 months recruitment experience
Be capable of communicating with inviduals at all levels
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are desirable
Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment
