Job Title: Skin Therapist
Location: Windsor House, Harrogate
Hours: Initially Wednesdays, 9:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + commission-based earnings
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and professional Skin Therapist to join our growing aesthetic team in Harrogate. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Dr Camila Valencia, an aesthetic doctor with more than 12 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and advanced skin treatments.
Our philosophy is centred around providing excellent clinical results while creating a warm, relaxed and luxury experience for every patient. We believe that not every patient requires injectable treatments, and that advanced skin therapies such as BTL Exilis 360, medical-grade facials and personalised skincare plans can deliver outstanding natural results when performed by the right therapist.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, patient care and long-term treatment journeys. You will become part of a caring, knowledgeable and supportive team focused on delivering high standards of aesthetic care.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing professional facials tailored to individual patient needs
* Delivering advanced skin treatments including BTL Exilis 360 and Dermapen
* Providing detailed consultations, treatment planning and aftercare advice
* Supporting patients throughout their skin journey with professionalism and care
* Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and patient safety
* Building strong patient relationships and encouraging treatment continuity
Requirements
* Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
* Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and medical-grade skincare products
* Excellent communication and customer care skills
* Passion for aesthetics, skin health and patient wellbeing
Desirable
* Experience with BTL Exilis treatments
* Experience working in advanced aesthetic or clinical environments
* Confidence working as part of a professional medical-led team

Working Pattern
The role will initially begin with one day per week, Wednesdays, with the opportunity to increase to two or more days per week depending on clinic demand and growth.
