We work with businesses across different industries, helping them attract customers and grow through effective digital strategies.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Meta Ads Executive to join our growing team and support our internal marketing activities and client campaigns.

Job Summary

As a Social Media & Meta Ads Executive, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, supporting Meta advertising campaigns, and helping businesses improve their online visibility.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising, social media management, and video content creation.

You should be creative, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera for video content such as reels, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Management

Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Set up campaign objectives, audiences, and targeting
Monitor and optimise campaign performance
Analyse key advertising metrics including:
Reach
Engagement
Click-through rate (CTR)
Cost per result
Conversions
Provide suggestions to improve campaign performance
Support lead generation and promotional campaigns

2. Social Media Management

Manage business social media accounts including:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
Create and schedule social media posts
Develop weekly/monthly content plans
Research current social media trends
Create engaging captions and marketing ideas
Monitor audience engagement and interactions
Support brand awareness campaigns

3. Video Content Creation

Create short-form video content for social media platforms
Develop creative ideas for reels and promotional videos
Record video content for businesses and marketing campaigns
Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera
Edit videos using tools such as:
Canva
CapCut
Other video editing software
Support content planning and storytelling

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience managing Facebook and Instagram pages
Experience using Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of social media marketing principles
Experience creating social media content
Creative mindset with strong content ideas
Comfortable appearing on camera
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks

Desirable Skills:

Experience working with digital marketing agencies
Knowledge of TikTok marketing
Canva design skills
Video editing experience
Understanding of analytics and reporting
Knowledge of local business marketing

Working Arrangement

Part-time position: 5 hours per week
Hybrid working model
Flexible schedule
Remote working available
Occasional office meetings or content recording sessions may be required
