Full job description

Lorry and truck valeter
As part of ongoing growth, we are looking for dedicated regional fleet wash operators, to assist in looking after and maintaining lorries, trucks and vans for our client.

This role will cover the North Region.

The role involves travelling to site, ensuring vehicles are washed to a high standard and ensuring the correct procedures are followed during the process.

What we are looking for?

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a similar type role, cleaning vehicles.
An understanding of stock management and monitoring your own levels of product, liaising with management to make new orders so you do not run out.
Due to the remote nature of this position you will be required to fill up your van water tank at home.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours & Locations.

This position covers the North Region (including one monthly visit to Scotland) will you must be prepared to travel.

Shifts are Monday to Friday between 4pm and Midnight (approx) and 2 Saturdays a month - plus a half day travel time on a Saturday and a shift on Sunday in Scotland.

This is due to vehicle availability for washes and times when vehicles are not in use, so working hours may vary slightly.

**Travel to Scotland is required once a month and will include a 6 night stay in a hotel we provide. You will be paid an extra half day travel time each month on top of your standard pay rate **

Overtime also available if desired.

If successful following initial telephone interview, a paid trial for this role will be held in the South West, a hotel will be provided.
