The Opportunity

The business is growing across several specialist markets, with a particular opportunity to help build an exciting desk within the rapidly expanding Digital Pathology sector.

Working alongside highly experienced leaders, you'll take ownership of your own 360 recruitment desk, developing new business, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality executive and specialist searches.

About You

You'll probably have:

Around 6 months to 5 years' recruitment experience
Experience in a 360 or business development-focused recruitment role
Confidence speaking to clients and candidates
A resilient, commercially-minded approach
The ambition to build a long-term career rather than simply hit activity targets
A genuine desire to become an expert within a specialist market
