Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Packaging Account Executive. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Packaging Account Executive to support our team at Rivendell in Leeds. This is an opportunity for a capable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

Principal Accountabilities:

Specific Objective

Effectively and efficiently progress Client orders through the appropriate facilities of Rivendell North.
Working with internal and external teams to ensure client requirement are delivered within agreed SLAs
Develop and maintain excellent communications with clients
Manage client quotations and invoicing working closely with the Rivendell Commercial team
Filing and general office duties

Client Satisfaction

Manage client requirements, from receipt of order to delivery of product or service.
Ensure clients are kept fully informed of any issues affecting the quality, timeliness and delivery of their project.
Ensure that commitments are not made to clients which cannot be kept.

Project Management & Systems

To review and access clients’ briefs are accurate and process into production orders.
Ensure that designs are processed through production with all relevant documentation and supplied media to support the smooth and timely provision of Rivendell’s product and service.
Understand of price matrices
Understand the invoicing process and relevant documentation

Reporting

Run reports accurately as specified for briefing the business
Support the Head of Client Service with KPI reporting
Assist Head of Client Service & Commercial team with weekly & monthly sales forecasting
Report all H&S issues in keeping with company procedure
