Requirements

Job Overview
I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join me. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient workflows. We are a small family business who is looking for an individual with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to support one of the owners..

Duties

Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office applications
Assist with scheduling work, checking work complete v work due and maintaining job sheets
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support invoicing, billing, and financial documentation processes using Sage
Checking and dealing with emails
Organise office supplies and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and preferable Sage
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
Demonstrable clerical experience including document preparation, and correspondence management
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all tasks undertaken

This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking a flexible working environment while earning some extra money. The successful applicant will be integral to maintaining operational excellence across our organisation.

University/college students considered who have some experience in this field/looking for experience.

Pay: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
