Job OverviewLocation: Stoke on Trent Cheshire east
Job Type: Self-Employed / Subcontractor
Payment: Competitive rates / Price work
Start Date: September 2026

We are looking for experienced CIS-registered Subcontractor Plasterers to join our team on social housing contracts and large-scale refurbishment projects across [area/region].

We have ongoing work available for reliable, professional plasterers who can deliver a high standard of workmanship and meet project deadlines.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering works across social housing properties and large projects, including:

Skimming and plastering
Rendering
Plasterboard and preparation works
Patching and repairs
Making good following other trades
Refurbishment and maintenance works
Working to project specifications and required standards
Maintaining a clean and professional work area
Completing works efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

Proven experience as a plasterer
Must be CIS registered
Experience in social housing, housing association, council or large refurbishment projects preferred
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and professional
Able to work independently and as part of a larger team
Own tools and equipment
CSCS card preferred/required depending on project
Public liability insurance
Right to work in the UK
Own transport preferred
