Full job description

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and looking for varied summer work? We have a fantastic temporary opportunity at our award-winning student accommodation site in Leicester.

This is a hands-on, mixed role — no two days are quite the same. You'll split your time between property-based tasks and office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in doing things properly.

What you'll be doing

End-of-tenancy room inspections — methodically checking student rooms against inventory and condition standards
Data entry and spreadsheet management using Microsoft Excel
Document handling — filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records
General administrative support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong typing and accurate data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail — this one really matters
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
