Full job description

Alexanders is a leading, independent, forward-thinking, premium estate agent with four offices across the East Midlands.

We are looking to recruit a Social Media Expert / Brand, Social and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, talented team on a mission to become the undisputed No 1 residential sales agent in the East Midlands and so relevant experience is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position, with the added benefit of your own private office on the first floor of our Ashby-de-la-Zouch branch. The role is based on a five-day working week, with hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm, together with alternate Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

We are looking for someone with a passion and understanding for all things ' Social ' in order to drive, grow, engage our existing client database and to enhance our brand within this competitive industry and to ensure our brand perception is on point and always two steps ahead of our competition. We are an experienced team and thrive as 'one' ensuring we work in unison to exceed client expectations and help each other to deliver the best possible service and results for our clients.

We are looking to hire a bright, creative and dynamic Social Media Expert / Brand, Social and Marketing Manager with the following attributes:

Social media expert with proven track record
Experienced with Google Analytics and PPC campaigns
Eye for detail and premium representation
Creative graphic design experience
Genuine interest in the property industry
Excellent communication skills
Well presented, competitive and ambitious
Organised and a good team player
Excellent vocabulary and grammar
Interest in videography and digital advertising

Your main duties will include:

Research market trends
Assist in creating and planning content for website, social media platforms and emails
Help maintain website and social media accounts
Help send email newsletters
Assist in preparing print promotional material including brochures, leaflets, and magazines
Write marketing literature for press releases
Proofreading and copy-editing of all marketing material
Assist in the development of marketing campaigns
Assist in the organisation of promotional events
Communicate directly with clients to ensure they are kept informed and updated
Provide general administration support
Support sales team with general enquiries as required

We offer a personal service, delivered by an enthusiastic and professional team, from our offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Loughborough, Market Bosworth and Melton Mowbray.

Excellent remuneration package for the right candidate including yearly bonus.
