Creator Operations & Community Coordinator
Hybrid / Remote | £12,000–£22,000 per year
We are building a new women-focused trading education, content and technology platform.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident person to manage the day-to-day operations behind our creators, content, community and wider team.
This role is ideal for someone who can keep people organised, communicate clearly on behalf of the founder and make sure projects move forward without constant supervision.
You will work closely with the founder and act as the main link between creators, editors, community members, developers and other external partners.
What you will do
- Manage creator schedules, deadlines and weekly responsibilities
- Organise filming days, live sessions and meetings
- Maintain content calendars and campaign plans
- Send scripts, briefs and instructions to creators
- Follow up on outstanding content and tasks
- Communicate with creators and team members on behalf of the founder
- Coordinate with our marketing agency and video-clipping team
- Organise content files, feedback and approvals
- Help manage community messages and member enquiries
- Track affiliate links, referrals and commission records
- Collect feedback from members and creators
- Organise product requests, bugs and ideas for the development team
- Prepare clear weekly progress updates
- Improve internal systems and processes as the business grows
- Help with recruitment, onboarding and general business administration
Who we are looking for
You should be:
- Highly organised and reliable
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Confident communicating with creators and team members
- Comfortable following up with people and holding them accountable
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and online communities
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Trello or similar platforms
- Able to write clearly and professionally
- Comfortable handling confidential business information
- Calm under pressure and able to manage several priorities at once
- Interested in online business, content, finance or technology
Previous experience in operations, project coordination, creator management, social media, community management or executive assistance would be useful.
Trading experience is not required.

Salary and hours
- £12,000–£22,000 per year
- Approximately 18–30 hours per week
- Salary based on experience, contracted hours and responsibilities
- Flexible hybrid working
- Occasional Leicester meetings, filming days or team sessions
- Initial 90-day probation period
- Potential for increased hours, pay and responsibility as the business grows
