The Role
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys building campaigns, generating pipeline and creating content that drives engagement and conversion.
You will take ownership of:
- demand generation campaigns
- digital marketing
- content creation
- sales enablement
- marketing operations
Working closely with the senior leadership and sales teams.
This is an opportunity to shape and build marketing within a growing SaaS and compliance technology business.
Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Generate qualified inbound leads and support pipeline growth
- Develop campaigns targeting HR, recruitment and compliance audiences
- Manage campaign performance, optimisation and reporting
Content & Thought Leadership
- Create engaging B2B content including:
- LinkedIn content
- guides
- webinars
- email campaigns
- landing pages
- case studies
- Help position Rightcheck as a trusted compliance and screening partner
Digital Marketing
- Manage digital channels including:
- LinkedIn
- email marketing
- website content
- webinars
- paid campaigns
- Improve website conversion and lead capture journeys
Sales Enablement
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Create sales collateral and customer-facing materials
- Support account-based and outbound activity
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Manage HubSpot campaigns, reporting and lead tracking
- Measure MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI
- Build scalable reporting and campaign processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years B2B marketing experience
- Strong hands-on campaign execution experience
- Experience in demand generation or growth marketing
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Commercial mindset with focus on pipeline and measurable results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment tech or B2B technology businesses is desirable

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
